Q: What is my username for the login screen?

A: Your username is the same username that you use to sign on to the Blackboard system (iLearn). If you do not know your username, you can find it by accessing the Online Username Lookup System or drop by one of the student computer labs and one of the consultants on duty will be able to assist you.

Q: What is my Password?

A: The default password is your permanent PIN. If your forget your password, you can reset your password by stopping by one of the student computer labs; a computer lab consultant on duty will be able to assist you.
